I want to lose at least 20 lbs in 4 weeks, but I'd like to be 30 lbs less by mid-September (6 weeks).
I'm planning to start a 20 or 30 day juice fast, and maybe the master cleanse too. What order should I do this in? And will I be able to lose 30 lb in 6 weeks (5 lbs per week)?
Also, I won't gain back the weight. There's no way you can gain weight if you end the fast eating only raw salads (vegetables only) and eventually adding in a little fruit and lean protein. So don't tell me I'll gain the weight back unless you've done a fast and eaten only raw foods after (not binging or eating any junk food).Juice fast and master cleanse help?
