Are juice fasts easier to do than, say, the Master Cleanse fast?

Do you get less hungry while doing a juice fast? Do you need an actual juicer, or can you use a blender? This fast would be for weight loss. Are juice fasts easier to do than, say, the Master Cleanse fast?
Having done both, I can definitely say that the Master Cleanse leaves you feeling more satisfied than a FRUIT juice fast, but not than a VEG juice fast. The results were about the same for me between veg %26amp; MC, however, the sugar in fruit juice made me stay hungry quite a bit.

Don't, however, attempt the MC without the nasty but obligatory enemas. I know, awful to think about, but necessary part of the regimen. If you aren't up to enemas and colonics, I would go Veg juice fast.

YES you have to have a juicer to do the fast, but a lot of times you can borrow one from a friend...You'd be surprised how many people have them lurking in their basements. Another option would be Ebay, plenty of juicers there. Walmart has a pretty good (juiceman juicer) for about $100---hey think how much you'll save on food anyway. The savings would probably buy you that juicer.

You could also get the Magic Bullet, which comes with a juicer attachment which actually works pretty well and those are only $59 bucks or so.

Another option still would be drop by a juice bar several times a day, but that would really add up $$.

Good luck!
