I want to try the master cleanse diet. Can i use lemon juice from a bottle or do i need to use real lemons?

This is the recipe. and also a modification which you can do to add more flavor without degrading the effect.

You should use real lemon.

* 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon.

* 2 tablespoons of grade B Maple Syrup.

* Add cayenne pepper according to your preference

* A glass of pure water.

Beware that there is barely 4 tablespoon of lemon juice in the average lemon. Since you'll be making supply then stock up your lemon first.

You can do a little improvisation by adding mint tea for a twist of taste and/or lemon skin.

Peel the lemon skin and add a little bit to your drink. (The skin may contain artificial colour, make sure you peel the yellow skin surface)

Mix all the ingredients in a blender (if you use the lemon skin, otherwise just mix them in a glass).I want to try the master cleanse diet. Can i use lemon juice from a bottle or do i need to use real lemons?
You have to use real lemons and real 100% grade b maple syrup (organic if possible). My advice to you however is DON'T do that diet unless you want to loose alot of weight TEMPORARILY like for a reunion or a wedding or something (which is horrible for your body). The mixture you drink is gross, it makes you feel gross, and all kinds of nasty stuff happens to your body (very unpleasant bathroom stuff). Your body is shocked into survival mode and sheds a ton of water, so the weight you loose is mostly all water weight. After you go off the cleanse your body will be so deprived of calories that you will gain all the weight back and then some, no matter how careful you are. If you want to do this diet as a 'cleanse' and not to loose weight then definitely skip it because there is absolutely no health benefit to it at all, actually its quite bad for you.
