Anyone ever done CLEANSE DIET.. lemon and lime juice, maple syrup.?

Reading about this cleanse diet with lemon, lime juice, maple syrup, cayenne pepper.. has anyone tried it, if so, what were the results.. howd it make you feel.. details please :) thanksAnyone ever done CLEANSE DIET.. lemon and lime juice, maple syrup.?
I've never tried it, but I don't think this is the smartest way to lose weight or ';cleanse'; yourself. If you lose weight quickly like that, you could permanently mess up your metabolism.. it happened to Oprah when she went on that liquid diet.

Anyways, the ingredients to that are in there for a good reason... lemons supposedly keep you from snacking (they don't make you as hungry), and spicy foods increase your metabolism. I think you could use those ingredients still, but in a healthy way. Throw lemons in water (or just eat them, however you like it!) and throw hot sauce on rice, pasta, or whatever else you'd like.

Whatever you end up doing, good luck!Anyone ever done CLEANSE DIET.. lemon and lime juice, maple syrup.?

Plus you have people there to support you spark buddys. It really is a great website i lost 6 lbs on my first week and now i am on my second week. My user name is jellybean72808 add me
Most people that have done a cleanse report just that - a feeling a lightness, cleansing. Oftentimes, people lose weight on a juice cleanse like the Master Cleanse, and some is usually gained back shortly after the cleanse as it was water weight loss. But *during* the cleanse one can experience some unpleasant side effects, like headaches, bad breath, even constipation.

It's important ones first cleanse be short - just get your feet wet and get your body used to it.

Also, how one feels AFTER a cleanse is very relational to how one weans themselves back onto solid/cooked foods. If you jump right in to a pizza after being on the Master Cleanse for 10 days, your tummy probably isn't going to agree with you! Instead, start back with raw fruits and veggies, then plain rice or cooked fruits and veggies, and finally proteins (meats and dairy products).
i tried it, and it wasn't nice.

i could only do it 2 days before i felt faint.

i did it coz BEYONCE did it, but she probably had medical people around here.

i just couldn't do more than 2 days

and it tastes icky
it will work. you will loose weight. you will get hungry. you will get really hungry. you will submit to eating. you will be 10 pounds fatter than when you originally asked this question.
I didn't do that one exactly because it seemed a little intense, but yes the cleanse diets work really well. However, you should only do it for a week, and then ease yourself back into solid foods or you'll get sick. Rice is a good food after you're done with the cleanse diet.
