ok, is there anyone who knows a way to do a natural at home colon cleanse. See, i am going on a 15-21 day fast to detoxify my body. If i am not eating, there is nothing that will make me have bowels movements exept if i have a colon cleanse. anyone know of any variations or alternative teas to drink to have frequent bowel movements while on a juice fast.Juice fasting and a colon cleanse?
hey you i started fasting today and it is the same as you fruit juce,
for fiber i think i am going to use flaxid (buy it from health food store) and i add to my juice or if i go to jambo juice i ask them to add fiber in my juice. i am going to have a fast for 4 days first and see how it looks, and then i am going to start next week too for 5 days.Juice fasting and a colon cleanse?
There are better ways to detoxify your body. Fasting +juices is not the ideal way.
go to your health food store, its a green dieters tea...will clean you out but good.
also drink soup, the mixed kind!
